State of Colorado Office of Information Technology, GIS Team. The data made available here has been modified for use from its original source, which is the State of Colorado. The State of Colorado makes no representations or warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or content of any data made available through this site. The State of Colorado expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Resale of this data is strictly forbidden. Commercial use of the data is allowed so long as the State of Colorado is attributed in relevant application documentation. The attribute statement: "State of Colorado Public parcels were accessed on [DATE] from https://gis.colorado.gov/public/rest/services/Address_and_Parcel" is sufficient.

The spatial polygon data is aggregated by the State of Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology Geospatial Information Systems Team. This dataset represents an on-going relationship between the counties, municipalities and the State of Colorado to provide accurate updated parcel information. Updates are collected annually; the State of Colorado aggregates data into a unified statewide schema, and does not alter attribution provided by the counties. If a user notices that data appears incorrect for a given location, users will need to reach out directly to the relevant county authority to have the data/record updated at the county level so it can be incorporated into the statewide dataset at a later time. This data layer reflects an evolving data model of the Colorado State Parcel Dataset.
